The Fortune Building

From Connecticut: Take 95 South to 287 West. Get off at Exit 5. Make a left. At your first traffic light, make another left. Follow that road for approximately 1/2 mile. When you see City Limits Diner, make a right onto Central Park Avenue. Follow for approximately 1.5 miles. Prepare to make a left into our parking lot as you pass "Petco" on your left. Make left into parking lot. Go in back entrance, we are the first door on the right (Suite 140).

From NYC: Take 97 North to Central Park Avenue Exit, just past Yonkers Raceway. Follow Central Park North for approximately 4 miles. The Fortune Building is on the right, just across from Service Merchandise. Go in the back entrance, we are the first door on the right (Suite 140).

From Rockland County: Take Tappan Zee Bridge I-287 East. Get off at Exit 5. Go for approximately 1/2 mile until you see City Limits Diner. Make a right at the Diner. You are now on Central Park avenue. Follow for approximately 1.5 miles. Prepare to make a left into our parking lot as you pass "Petco" on your left. Go in back entrance, we are the first office on the right (Suite 140).

Landmark: Opposite Service Merchandise. "Fortune Building" is in large letters on front of building.
